    Dropped my 16lb mini-schnauzer off on Oct 4th. No word for four weeks so went there to see why i hadn't heard anything. ***************************** the owner went to look for him, came back and said she didnt find him. Looked at her paperwork and said, oh yes, we are doing him this afternoon, you can pick him up tomorrow. When I asked why it had been 4 weeks she blamed the label engraver. Went back 2 days later to get him. He was in a tiny box, no label, no certificate of cremation, in fact none of the 7 steps they talk about on their website. , i seriously doubt we have our dog back.. would never recommend them to anyone
