    AAA service provider Palm to Pines Towing left me stranded! I am a 58 year old woman who was stranded because someone stole 2 of the tires on my car and all 20 of the lugnuts! The first driver dispatched told me to call Uber and pick up tires and lugnuts then he will come back to put the tires on. Seriously?!? Was able to get a ride to get the tires/lugnuts. Call AAA again and they dispatch Palm to Pines Towing again. Second driver said he couldn't put the tires on because the vehicle was not balanced and he didn't have the proper equipment. (NOTE: It was raining and I think that was the issue for real). The conclusion? THIS 58 year old woman had to put the tires back on the car by myself using the jack that is supplied with the car and the blocks the thieves graciously left behind. Palm to Pines Towing didn't have as much as a bumper jack with them??? DON'T use Palm to Pines Towing if you are female or the weather conditions are less than desirable.
