  After sale service - Not what they promised We agree with ******** review below for the period when we were deciding on a new solar power system for our home in the ****************. SunLogix Energy outperformed other competing firms during the bidding and installation process two years ago. ****** ****** and her team were good communicators. They showed us a lot of love at that time. Our complaints is related to the quality and speed of their after-sales servicing.Since installation in 2022, we have had monthly operating fees and end-of-year settlement fees assessed by ************************** that were higher than we had expected or had been promised by SunLogix. This year has been particularly bad. In Sept, we had no solar panel or battery backup power for 5 days-our system alerted us that Sunlogix was responsible. SunLogix explained it to us, however, as a "reset" to the system, so why did it take so long? The outage caused our September SCE operating bill to skyrocket. Another issue is that SunLogix locked our solar battery reserve ratio at 30 percent for two years without informing us that we were drawing too much power from the electrical grid with that ratio and our costs would escalate. We had to learn from another solar power vendor in the area that the reason for our big end of year settlement cost was the battery reserve ratio. In spite of asking SunLogix several times how to help reduce our sky high settlement costs with SCE at the end of each year, they never suggested that we lower our reserve ratio to 10 percent, which would have drastically reduced our reliance on the grid and saved us money. They owe us ******** nearly everyone knows, solar system installation costs are significant and are incurred by clients with the understanding that their use of the electrical grid and associated costs will be minimized thereafter. Our electrical costs from the grid have been substantial even after 2 years of having a solar power system.

  I have owned and operated very successful businesses for the last 50 years. The secret to my success has always been dedicated customer service. Giving the client not just what they want, but exceeding their expectations. It’s always a winning formula. Sunlogix and all of their team members know that lesson well. They show their care for their clients with fair pricing, excellent equipment, exemplary installation and constant follow up to be sure the client is not just satisfied, but truly happy. From the moment we met one of the owners, Sandra Lamont, the path to completion was paved with true care, understanding, and a willingness to go beyond the norm to make sure their client was happy. I’ve always answered my client emailed questions after hours and on weekends, but Sunlogix did me one better with not only that, but usually an answer within minutes, regardless of day or time. After installing over 40 solar panels on my Clay Tile Roof, as well as backup batteries, my system has finally freed me from the tyranny of Southern California Edison. No more multi-hour outages for “repairs” in the middle of summer when it’s 115 degrees. It’s a new found freedom that quickly takes away the pain of the cost of the system as you begin to see the savings and realize how much you really are going to be ahead with a system designed to meet my needs for the next 25 years and GUARANTEED to do so with the production guarantee offered by Sunlogix (something no other solar company offered me in their higher priced quotes). AMAZING! So, if you’re considering solar, by all means get 3 different companies to quote you a system, as I did. You’ll find Sunlogix to be not just the best quote, you’ll find like I did that Sunlogix is the best there is for the home. Not the easiest way to install, but the best way to achieve the clients’ goals of efficiency, and appearance. There is no better company to buy/install solar from. Howard Silverman
