This company has unprofessional staff, ******** the office manager, is rude, lies, and is unprofessional. We needed work done after a fire, and the company took many weeks to complete the plans and submit them to the city. We knew we had to wait for the city to approve the plans, so after waiting 6 months for the city to approve the plans, we found out the plans were WRONG and MISSING vital information to the completion of the work. The city emailed us and told us ** was not responsive to their corrections and when we told ******** she implied the city was lying to us. At one point when I called ******** to ask for an update she told me that calling her was not going to speed up the process, I told her I needed an update she loudly replied "Calm down, this is how we do things!". She also told me they were doing us a "favor" by working with us. She is very rude and has zero people skills. We have to pay another architect to correct their "plans" and rather than apologize, the owner responded by stating that they informed us of how long the city takes to approve plans. Their unresponsiveness, rudeness, and total lack of professionalism are not the city's fault! Paying someone money to correct their shoddy work is extra money and time we are wasting. To top it off, they did not comply with their contract, after they were paid to pick up the plans from the city, ******** emailed my husband telling him they were not going to pick up the plans as stated in their contract, she told us to pick them up from the city ourselves. They breached their contract and were smug about it. We paid them $8,000 for incompetent and incomplete work, that has to be redone by a competent contractor. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. Don't waste your time here, ******** will make sure you regret your decision immediately and the shoddy work will only upset you even more.
