    Canyon Falls Construction, run by *********************, who also operates under the name ****************, is an owner/builder.We moved in over two years ago, our house is still not quite done, and our large upgrade of a deck is rotting. One would think a new home would be completed before it began to rot. The builder sold the home next to us a couple of months ago, and I was very sad to learn that the very lovely new owners have had some similar issues, although I discussed our experience with the builder's new realtor and asked that he ensure everything was completed before closing. As the builder is getting close to putting the next two houses up for sale, my conscience requires that I post this review so that he will hopefully be motivated to treat future buyers with more respect than he has his past buyers, and to let future buyers know to get everything 100% completed, and an independent inspection done, before closing.We had an independent inspection completed a few months after closing. It listed a number of code violations. The inspector recommended we submit a complaint to the ***** The code violations have been addressed.We and other neighbors still have holdback money in escrow, as we thought it would motivate the owner. We were wrong. Dozens of calls and emails have been required to get as far as we are. One neighbor waited years to get his fence built. Others tell horror stories about leaks, drainage issues, cracked tile, and one had a funny story about a pantry door that was upside down for a looong time. The kind that says "Pantry" on the glass.Please see my Yelp review for more detail and photos.
