    We had a new concrete patio, walkway, and courtyard poured by Cain's Concrete. ****, the owner, quoted the job and performed the work along with one helper. They were reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking. **** explained that he does one job at a time so there aren't any job conflicts. We have very hardpan soil with shallow tree roots and they both worked hard to prepare the site by removing soil and cutting back and digging out small and large roots that were in the way. They never complained about it and both had very nice dispositions. **** was great at communicating and checking in with us about various aspects of the job. The patio, courtyard, and walkways turned out great! No cracking or water pooling. As for the price, he was at the high end of the cost-per-square foot range per a ****** search, but in all fairness, it was due to the hardpan soil and roots that we pointed out during the estimate. They worked so hard at removing dirt, rocks, and roots, that I thought he deserved and earned the high end of the range. **** demonstrated that he cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
