This company has bamboozled me they sent me a very cheap version of the advertised product plus it didnt fit so I contacted them immediately after receiving item and requested a refund they only offered 10% which amounts to $17,50 so I said that was unacceptable and they tried to offer 40%. They wanted to also give me a discount on future orders! ARE THEY SERIOUS!!! Why would I put myself in that position again??

I spoke with a smart-mouth representative named AL who was unwilling to help me has a very smart mouth and attitude. After he got an attitude with me I hung up because this company has been giving me the runaround about my money for over a year. After I hung the representative started harassing me and calling my phone back to back. This is one of the most disrespectful businesses I have ever come across. How can they get an attitude with me and they are holding my money hostage? Stealing. Even charges you $200 for a breakdown of charges for your account. I am contacting the *** first and the **** to see if we can get this business shut down and save some consumers.THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY TO PROTECT CONSUMERS IN ***************** FROM THEIR PREDATORY BUSINESS.

This business has been over charging me ***** since Nov 2020 because I didn't complete a *** survey/form. This could have easily been my fault because I delete more emails than I read. When I spoke with customer service (CS) they had limited information on the *** form and said manager will call me back. CS told me to fill out the form and the charges will stop. I asked was this in my contract? (CS doesn't have access to my contract) What does this fee have to do with the credit cards swipes? (CS - not sure). I didn't feel comfortable filling out a form that CS didn't have basic information about. They put in a ticket and said a manager would contact me in a few hours - I called back 3 times that week - no manager contacted me. (week 1). 2nd week, I decided to cancel my account. I've been with this company for 3 years and the one time I had questions, no one responded; they are focused on profits, nothing else. CS put in a ticket for cancellation cuz (you guessed it) a manager has to cancel the account. I called 4 times, spoke to ** and ****** but no manager. (week 2) TODAY! I received the cancellation form and was told it will cost ****** if I cancelled early. My credit card rep said I do not have an early termination fee in my contract. CS said they can't access my contract only a manager, (sigh). I only have one month on my contract to go and it is easier to unplug my credit card machine and pay the fees until Nov 2023. This was truly an unpleasant experience. Let the count down begin!!

This is *************** and nothing to hide. All the reviews below are FAKE! I sued my former business partner *************************** and his team, ********************* (worked at CBCAL bank), ************************* from FISERV, ********************************* from ** and others. Per their legal docs, ******* and team used his company OFI SAAS to control everything. He then started competing companies in our office called "OZARK PAY"....the 488 Club, Ecommerce SAAS LLC/TANGRAM PAYMENTS that currently work with Bancorp South, now ************* ******* and his team moved company funds to bank accounts they controlled at **************** *************** Bancorp South. I fought for our clients merchant reserve funds, sales reps ********* and company funds and so this wasn't part of the plan and I was ousted out. We still aren't sure how they moved funds or if it's legal and why the banks allowed this to happen. The *** definitely needs to look into this. For the FAKE reviews, look at the review from "Ray D" that used to say *************************** and *************************, now their names are edited out, so it's not hard to figure out who it is. Some people have to hide with no pictures anywhere and crawl on their bellies. You can ****** any of the public legal cases, ask people in the industry that have worked with them and request documentation and it will be provided. I can't understand who would want to work with them after all of this, yet some people will do anything for a dollar. I have nothing to hide and can state publicly everything that's happened. If you want TRUTH, stay tuned, these fake reviews will be much clearer soon.

Khaazara Maanaruu, *************************** and ******************** started this company. (Check the records) They hired independent sales reps to bring on a portfolio of business. Those reps built those portfolios up over years. One day without notice, they sold the company, split the profits and disengaged from the sales reps telling them to take it up in court. Needless to say merchants accounts were negatively impacted in a number of different ways. These guys just packed up and re-started new companies using the same blueprint. ATTENTION MERCHANTS AND SALES REPS:STAY FAR AWAY SCAM ALERT!!! THEY WILL STEAL EVERYTHING YOU HAVE! ALWAYS RESEARCH WHO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH FIRST!
