First Choice Design was recommended to us by our neighbor and they did not disappoint. They remodeled our kitchen and created a new laundry room in our garage. From the initial planning stages to completing the post-construction punch list, the team was helpful, responsive and timely. The project manager, *******, and his team were a pleasure to work with and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Im more than satisfied with the job done by ****** and his crew. If there was a delay in work, it was my fault because i insisted on ordering supplies myself in the pursuit to save money. If i had the opportunity to go back in time, i would let the professionals take care of ordering the products. My floors are so beautiful and it was done in such a quick manner. All the workers are trustworthy and very communicative. Its the best experience ive ever had with contractors.Review fromJodie T

1st Choice Design and Development came into my roofing project after another company not only attempted an illegal installation, but also damaged the integrity of my rafters. 1st Choice Design and Development, **** and his employees, assisted me with getting a structural engineering plan completed and approved by the city, new permits pulled, and quickly and correctly installed a beautiful new roof. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The integrity of this company's employees were above and beyond my expectations and they all were willing to assist where needed. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Im thrilled to write this review for 1stchoice Design and Development. **** and his crew worked closely with my family to expand our first floor powder room into a full bathroom. From the initial visit to the final touches, the team provided excellent work within the budget and timeframe we discussed. As new homeowners, this was our first significant home renovation project, so we had a lot of questions and the team was always available to answer them, no matter how small or silly, and to help us find the right appliances, tiles, and dcor for our budget. Our new bathroom is gorgeous everyone in the family fights over it. And youd never be able to tell it was expanded. Even the closet door that was moved to make more space looks like it had always opened from the other side. At some point, we wanted to add more tiling to the bathroom wall, which should have increased our costs from the initial estimate, but **** threw it in free. Thats what you can expect from 1st Choice artistic and beautiful work, above and beyond customer care, and all within a reasonable budget and timeframe. Extremely reliable contractor. We had solar i stalled years ago and every time I reach out to **** for a question on the system, he is extremely responsive. He takes customer service to a new level. Even when there was a power outage that caused an issue, he was responsive and helped get it fixed, even years later!
