      I was told by my dentist to go to an endodontist in September since they could not reach an area for a cavity, it was too narrow, I made an appt with Socal Micro Endodontist. ( 9/8/23 ) they said I need a special xray and that was $220 , I then was told that they would send my information to my insurance ( medical ) to get approved for the dental work, and they would reach out and book an appt for me. November comes around and I call them, they informed me it was denied, I asked them why they didnt call me or let me know or resubmit it, and they said they dont have to and they would resubmit it that day. This is insane to me, no call or communication from them at all. Its now December and my tooth broke in half, I am now going back to my dentist and now having to get my tooth pulled and getting an implant, which could have been prevented by Socal Micro Endonetics. I know insurance take a while , but the lack of communication is horrible and the fact that I spent $220 for nothing for that Xray they made me do. I called and wated to speak with a manager on Fri 1/12/24 , they were not in and they called me back Monday 1/ 15/24 . I tried to explain what happened, the lady would not let me finish and kept talking over me, when I tried to talk over her to explain, she kept talking . She was rude, not understanding, or even had any attention with me as she was answering phones as well. I then very rudlly asked to speak to someone else who would care and listen to me ( at that point I was done being treated horribly ) and she hung up on me . WOW! Not once did she say to stop being mean , or tell me she would hang up, I had one sentence of rudness to her out of the 8 min conversation she basically scolded me in their policy . I deserve my $220 back and an apology . I have since then read their reviews and see this is what they do, they do these xrays and refer them out or cant help them, seems like a scam to me or nto wanting to help someone with medical.
