      I made my payment on 11/12 and it still has not come out of my account. So I tried to login back into the website and its not working. I have called for 3 days and no answer. Left messages and no call backs. Just got a letter in the mail today 11/18 said need to make a payment and now they are charging me a late fee.

      I never received my tax information in the mail or through email. Now it's time to file my taxes and their website is completely shut down and not accessible. How am I supposed to file my tax information correctly when they are not communicating with me and I have no way at all to reach them?

      This company ****. Get in Touch Stay in Touch is hilarious. Not the experience Ive had. Wish I could drop them like an insurance company but when they buy out your mortgage, I guess youre stuck with them.
