    tried to get my 2203 gmc envoy smog certified been there before this time was told it didnt pass because catalytic converter was not the right one it was after market it was installed three and a half years ago and passed fine before he charged me 52.95 and said his computer said it had the wrong part number i asked to check again he refused and charged me anyway i went back to the cmuffler shop called muffler doctor in montclair he double checked all the specs and everthing was correct so the same day 2 or 3 hours later i took my envoy to quick smog in ontario and it passed no problem the muffler shop even showed me it was correct on his computer and before i went to quick smog i went back to low price smog and told him what the muffler shop said but he wouldnt budge and said get a new converter and il only charge you half price if i had not gone to muffler shop i wood have spent 600 dollars for a new converter i did not need im out 52.95 i do not know why he did it but i have 2 friends we belong to the american legion i told them what happend and they had simular problem with low price smog what are the odds unless hes doing it to a lot of people beware
