    Terrible and STAY AWAY FROM THEM, ****** is a liar and *** is just as bad. They should not be in business. Reported them to my Home Warranty to have them removed from the list. ****** reviews are absolutely terrible and the worse possible. I wish I knew before the warranty assigned them to me. Mine is a long story, *** took a part to get fixed and 2 months later i still don't have my part back. He took my metal ventilation ****** to my down draft oven to get fixed and I still don't have it. When I called, he yelled at me told I should have not purchased a house with a broken oven and said he tossed my part and hangs up on me. This company is a disgrace, if you ****** them, they have 1 star review and the worst reviews I have ever read, what happened to me has happened to many other customers out there and they should be put out of business. They are scammers and liars!I called today 9/11/23 and I still don't have my part back, ****** has one excuse after another and another liar. They should be put out of business; how can they still be in business I don't understand. Stay away! They don't even deserve a 1 star.

    I'm surprised to see only one review so, I'll add my experience. I've had A Plus to our home twice. The first time was through our home warranty service to repair our refrigerator. *** was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He had to order a part and two days later, completed the repair. We discussed some of the renovations we were doing with our kitchen and he made several recommendations we found very useful. I had *** come back the following week to repair a small issue with the door to our oven. Again, he was on time, fixed the issue quickly, and charged a very fair price.From scheduling to job completion, I have worked with very few contractors as polite and professional as *************
