      I signed up for a 7 day free trial on Nov 8, 2024. Sign up was easy and the platform is intuitive. I sent a 6 page fax with no issue. The problem is that they charged my debit card immediately which is not what they're supposed to do. I didn't trust it so I canceled the free trial immediately. It's been 6 days and I filed a dispute with my bank because my money was deducted and the transaction is still pending.

      Hello,It appears in this case that the free trial user's bank allowed a pre-authorization for $119.88 on Nov. 8, 2024, a possibility which is described directly adjacent to the "Start Free Trial" button:"You can cancel anytime. Otherwise, we'll charge your preferred payment method $119.88 after the trial period for your Fax.Live subscription. We may put a temporary hold on your preferred payment method up to the full amount of the selected plan."We do not receive any money from the temporary bank hold during the free trial period. According to our payment processor, the pre-authorization was released today, Nov. 15, 2024. The temporary hold should vanish from the free trial user's banking activity within a few business days, often sooner. They can provide the following System Trace Audit Number (****) to their bank if they do not regain access to the $119.88 during the week of Nov. 18, 2024: ******.I see that the free trial user also emailed ContactUs@********************** near the close of our free email customer service business hours yesterday, Nov. 14. I will ensure that one of our customer service representatives replies to it as well.Thank you for trying ******** and apologies for any misunderstanding.P.S. Please reference email ticket #***** and email ************************** using the same email address from Nov. 14 for any future correspondence from the former free trial user about this particular case. Thanks again!
