    I ordered items for the ******************* concerts in March 2023. About a month later my items had not even been processed. I contacted the company 2 times and never got a response. I never got a response and still have not. I decided let me take a closer look at the page the items were sold on. I had to dig to find out that all the items are preorder not due to ship u til December and its March. There was no indication at order that these items were preorder items not shipping until the end of the year or i would not have even bothered. Absolute shady business on behalf of the company and i STILL have not heard back from them other than an automated email stating they would contact me in 1-2 business days. Its way past that time frame now. Truly disgusting and the artist should reevaluate who she has conducting her business ! I want my refund period.
