The website states money back guarantee, yet in the return policy there are circumstances where a refund is not available. The website also states free returns, yet the return policy states return at your own expense.

• 20.2 Advertisers should only use “satisfaction guarantee,” “money back guarantee,” “free trial offer,” or similar representations in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request.
Car Comfort was notified and asked to clarify their money back guarantee and free shipping policy. Despite several attempts, the company has not responded to BBB’s requests.
