  This is a scam. They presented themselves as Norton when I accessed what I believed was a Norton website. They in fact said they were Norton (NOT!). The issue was getting a warning on one of our household cell phones that there was a system intrusion-only one of our phones got this. They painted a pretty picture that everything was corrupted. They rapidly went through and signed documents in my name without me reading them. I foolishly gave my credit card as they said they needed payment to fix this. I thought it was just an extra I had to pay Norton. They wanted to get into my computer to fix this problem, but I had to leave and didn't want them to go in without my reviewing what they were doing and when I contacted them again the next day, there is no answer. I contacted Norton to find out these people are scammers. They have not responded to any communication by phone or email. Beware. I am attempting to get my money back through my credit card company and the person from Techsvite said I could only get some of my money back for cancelling the contract (the next day!!). They are very slick. The problem is I'm a professional, pretty smart and cautious, but caught by their deceit.

  I did receive a refund. However they very specifically identified themselves as ****** (I had gotten their connection via ****** identified as ******). They are misleading, went so quickly to convince me that I did not have coverage for this (completely untrue I was to find out) and they presented their documents so quickly and signed them for me!! I had no chance to read them. In fact they were going to fix my problem when I could get back on line (this took so long and I had to leave), but miraculously the problem went away! They had wanted access to my computer while I was not present-I refused. They are slick, fast-talking and called me to reverse my report! I stand by my statements.
