      After spending hundreds of dollars at different Chipotle restaurants I can officially say I am done. The employees are consistently rude no matter where you go, give intentionally small portions forcing you to ask for a bit more every time only to get the tiniest scoops added, then have the audacity to ring you up almost $15 for a crappy experience and barely any food. Then reaching out to customer service is just as bad. They try their best not to compensate anyone for anything and will intentionally only reply after long periods to get you to leave without anything. 0/10 company, deserves to go out of business.

      I came here after shopping in the area to grab lunch. A younger white male employee greeted the two white customers in front of me with, What can I get for you today? He then asked if the portion sizes he gave them were good for them.However, when it was my turn (Im a 27-year-old Black female), the first thing he said to me was, We are out of chipotle honey chickendo you still want this? I told him no, as I wasnt even aware there was a new chicken option. He then proceeded to give me less than half portions and didnt ask if the portion size was good for me like he did with the customers ahead of ***** sharing this to make others aware before spending their money here. As for me, I no longer care to associate with Chipotle moving forward

      wish i can leave 0 stars. ive been eating at chipotle for years. im in college so i dont have a car, meaning when i order food, i usually have to get delivery. TWO TIMES chipotle has messed up my order. the first time they forgot my side of vinaigrette, and there is no way to add a sign without putting it in your name and apparently they dont understand that for some reason yet I made it very clear. The second time they ONCE AGAIN forgot my vinaigrette. Not only that but my bowl looked like it had been thrown 100 yards across a football field and they also didnt put guac on it. you would think that since guac is listed as one of the items on the receipt they would remember right? they also put about 3 pieces of chicken and 1 piece of lettuce on it. i love chipotles food so it would be a shame to have to walk away from a company that doesnt care about their customers. for example, I tried filing a complaint through their website and that stupid AI pepper would not let me submit. My complaint and the website is confusing and extremely buggy and hard to use. The phone number is I direct me to the website so this is my last complaint on the Better Business Bureau. I cannot get through to these people. so if you think about ordering chipotle always go in person never order online. In todays society, they need to do better instead of increasing prices every month.

      Employees were extremely rude did not greet me, did not ask why I was waiting for anything. I was there to pick up a doordash order and I was treated as if I was some sort of unapproachable clown I'd strongly recommend eating elsewhere.

      This is a recurring issue- *******************************************************************. Twice, **** arrived during business hours to find the doors locked, with employees inside claiming they werent taking orders. The location often reeks of cannabis, and weve seen staff smoking in their cars before heading in. Music plays from personal phones, often filled with profanity, while customers are present. Portion sizes are inconsistent, frequently overloaded with ricebecause rice doesnt cost extraso were paying inflated prices for rice bowls. The queso has a gelatinous texture unlike other Chipotle locations, and items are often unavailable due to poor planning. Waiting 7+ minutes for rice or chicken is common due to bad time management.On April 14, I went inside to order, because orders are rarely right unless made in front of you. Immediately upon entering, I was barked at: ************* orders only. One table was waiting; two others were eating. I sat down and placed my order online. Minutes later, three people entered and were allowed to order in personno one stopped them. The woman behind the line took their order without hesitation.When I asked if in-person orders were allowed now, a staff member snapped, You placed a mobile order; youre still getting food. Thats when I lost my patience. I said nothing morethis is part of a larger pattern: rude staff who dont want to be there and perform poorly. Since I couldnt watch them make my food, I genuinely worried they might tamper with it.A larger group came in, ordered in person, and got their food before my mobile order was done. When my food finally reached the end of the line, they had forgotten the protein on my chicken bowlthe chicken itself as well as the vinaigrette.This location needs accountability. The service is chaotic, the attitude unacceptable, and the inconsistencyespecially with rising pricesis inexcusable. I need someone above store management to know, because they clearly dont care.

      I just want to give Chipotle a lot of love and praise for them trying to adhere to an all natural food experience. I did a deep dive into Culvers and was shocked at how fake everything was (apart from their beef patties). They tout fresh this and that, all Wisconsin cheese and yet their is nothing but chemicals and preservatives. This made me sad and so I thought, well, let's check out another top place I like to eat at and am so impressed. I could tell that the ingredients seemed fresh at my local Chipotle but like with the tortillas and cheese who knows. I am very happy to see the quality the food is made with. Not only that my local restaurant has the friendliest employees. The reward system is good, too! I love eating there and will remain a loyal customer. Just wanted to let them know there is a customer who appreciates their ethics and quality standard.

      My 5 year old granddaughter loves Chipotle, I let her order her own bowl, she enjoys picking out what she wants in it and the first ****** was super friendly and patient while she picked what she wanted but then this other female came from the back and took over and was super rude and impatient and had a attitude from the very start, the cheese was almost gone so my granddaughter couldnt see it so once she saw it she said I want sm cheese so I repeated she wants sm cheese so she got all upset with my granddaughter and raised her voice with a very nasty attitude and said well you should hv said that, my granddaughter looked really sad so I told her shes just a child and shes only 5 and you not about to talk to my granddaughter like that and she slammed the bowls down mumbling stuff and walked to the back, I asked for the manager whose name on the receipt is ******** and she was no better, the other girl had already talked to her in the back so she also came out with the same nasty attitude with her mind made up to go with whatever and I tried explaining what happened and she said she already told me like she didnt want to hear it and doubted she did all that and I said you wasnt even out here so you dont even know what happened and she said Im not about to be threatening anybody and I never threatened no one, I said no one was going to talk to my granddaughter like that and I said if it wasnt for my granddaughter wanting chipotle I would cancel my order and the manager said ok as if she could care less so I told her to take my order off and Ill just get my granddaughter something but I felt we was racially profiled in that area and the girl and the manager is the reason why I would NEVER go back to that one ever again, its 2025 and people need to grow up and get over themselves and I would never talk to a child in that manner, it was disrespectful and disgusting and I am still upset that my granddaughter had to endure that type of immaturity and rudeness.

      Chipotle's feedback website is a joke. They need to include a way to contact the customer or submit detailed information about the location in question. The Chipotle in DTLA, on 255 S Grand has a 95% success rate in getting my order wrong. I usually order on the app because I'm at the office and like to save time as opposed to ordering in person. I can't remember just once, when my order was actually accurate. Today, I ordered the most basic item, 3 tacos on a soft flour tortilla, and I got crispy tacos. I'll I'm asking for is to please pay attention to the order and make it correctly.

      This business needs to be shut down and re staffed and new management. The food was cold, unseasoned and the floor was dirty.The employees were hovering over the food without proper uniforms and lack of care for spraying windows cleaner directly on the glass over the food, then wiping the utensils withthe same towel.The manager seemed like she was on spychotrophic medicines because she was jittery and jumping and talking wired to everyone that day.I thought I was taking my wife out on a nice dinner date... however!The cheese was not like all the other ********************* It tasted like plastic. And the chips were too salty. The manager seemed not to be able to handle her staff. Not sure if they were her friends or relatives or both. But they did everthing the opposite of what she said as Store Manager.While all this was going on some peoe were talking about how they hated working there and that the store was not safe in the rear becuase they waisted a lot of food on the floor intentionally. *****I will not be coming here.again.
