  Very Satisfied. My family had such a great experience with Qshark Moving Company. They moved my parents' upright piano in less than an hour and made sure to wrap it incredibly well so it wouldn't get damaged. Everything was done efficiently with not a scratch on the piano, walls or other furniture. Their price was reasonable and even lower than other movers we spoke to. Very professional and worth every *****. I highly recommend them.

  First of all, it was amazing ********** and professional. Workers are funny and helpful. They never said NO to me. I was watching them all the time. They loaded very professional in the truck.

  I honestly cant say enough good things about the Qshark Moving team.. they were punctual, kind, professional, and most importantly efficient..They packed flawlessly and put our rooms in a place where they could easily be organized for a comfortable lived in feel. Would definitely move with them again!

  QShark was great leaving *********, but we encountered numerous issues upon arrival in my new home state. It seems as though the company decided a **** mile trip for one person would be more profitable, so the long haul team was only 1 person. Had I known that, I wouldve looked elsewhere for a mover. When I first booked the move, I was told that my items would arrive between ****am on delivery day. Then the day before that changed to a window of ****pm. Finally the morning of the move, I was told it would be no later than 4:30 or 5 oclock. The movers ultimately arrived at 6pm. Because the driver arrived solo, my friends had to help unload the truck, and one friend even had to help the mover carry my couch up 7 flights of stairs. I spoke to the supervisor of the individual who booked the move that evening, and he told me that he could discount $250 off my $7500 move. I told him that would not be enough, so he agreed to call the following day. He didnt call the following day, and instead dodged my texts and calls. Finally at 4:58 pm the next day, he emailed me giving me a best offer of $300 off.

  Hello *********Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. Your experience is very important to us. As a resolution discussed with you on 01/03, we mailed you a check for a $1000 refund. We are very sorry we couldn't deliver a 5-star experience, and we hope this refund will help rectify the issues you had with our company. It's important to note that as a part of the contract ( That was signed by you before the move ), we reserve the right to choose the size of the moving crew. In your case, there were complications due to the move being during Christmas/ New Year holidays. Due to the weather condition, the delivery was getting delayed and that's why we had to postpone the arrival window. On behalf of the entire Qshark Moving Team and Owners please accept our deepest apologies. We take your feedback very seriously and will do our best to improve in the future.
