    Made an appointment: didn't show, didn't advise they weren't showing, then charged my credit card any way. Received a notice that they had been out but were unable to access the property. (This was my personal residence, and I was home the entire day they said they had stopped by.) When I received the bill I called leaving a voice mail since there was never an answer, sent an email, and finally sent a notice via USPS Priority mail. No response to any of those. I then filed a credit card dispute which the bank granted me since they never responded to the bank's inquiry about the charge that I was disputing. Update: Three months after I was credited back the payment by my credit card company, I received an Overdue Notice. Tried calling their billing department: I only waited through 20 minutes of their hold music before hanging up. I emailed them: no response two days later. Now in my attorney's hands...
