Complaint: ****** Auto Program / Metro Acura Experience I had a highly disappointing experience with Metro Acura (9377 ********************************) while using the ****** Auto Program. Over two days, I worked with ***** (who was great), waited for the car to arrive, requested photos, and coordinated a test drive for my sonwho drove 2 hours one way. I was ready to buy and discuss trade-in and financing. After the test drive, I called ****** Sales Manager ***** **. He was dismissive and said he couldn't discuss numbers and would only transfer me to a manager if I was ready to make a deal. He also said his manager told him to close early due to no customersignoring that I was a customer, actively on the phone. The General Sales Manager, ******** *****, was equally rude, agitated, and rushed. He told me to call back Thursday (this was Tuesday), and we could talk "if the car was still available." He refused to discuss my trade-in but wanted to send a financing link.I questioned a $3,813 markup for "Post-arrival add-ons" (alloy wheels, 3M, security features) that are standard for the model. He offered $1,000 off, which did not justify the deceptive fee. I ended the call.***** later called with a friendlier tone, offering to provide a ESTIMATE for my trade, which is all I initially requested. He followed up with a $500 offeran insult for a working car. We exchanged texts, but respectful service shouldn't require customer frustration. This experience violated the spirit of ******s Buy with Confidence promise and reflects poor business practice. I believe the treatment I received was rooted in bias, and I urge accountability. This was my first time using ****** Auto Program, and it deeply affected my trust in the brand.Buyer beware

Typical bait and switch. Wont honor listed price. They wanted to charge additional 3k for mandatory add-ons. If they are indeed mandatory, then the add-ons should be reflected on the listed price. The lack of transparency was designed to bait customers in. They are the embodiment of the term stealership.
