    I can't say how much one needs to avoid this place. The sales lady will say anything including false statements to get thousands of dollars from you. My wife had a neogen plasma procedure there a few days ago. In the consult before the procedure we were told several half truths. We were told there would be no pain after the first 2 hours. My wife has been in unbearable pain now for 5 days. The representative also mentioned the "doctor" several times. When we got to the procedure room we were introduced to the "nurse". We should have just ran when a lady applied the numbing agent , told us she would be back in 10 minutes. She left us for 40 minutes then came in and said "honestly I forgot you. Then when we did meet the nurse all she talked about was how much she drank when she went to ****** a few weeks earlier.On several occasions now I have ask what kind of nurse she is and they give me no answer other than. "She is a nurse" we sent in pictures daily and they said everything is normal. We are now in the emergency room at the hospital. I wish I could give negative stars. This place is horrible. Avoid !!!! They are the lowest rated in Modesto. That we now know has a reason. Just an update my wife is now being transported by ambulance to the **************************** burn unit.an update. Please please please avoid this facility . My wife went through so much. They will not offer any compensation for the failed procedure . We are having to seek legal compensation for all she went through. They are now denying any fault in this at all. So what they are implying is that my wife just got a mysterious burn after she left their office! This is a horrible business. Avoid this place like the plague
