- The
design that includes: your 3D video walkthrough, top down view to scale,
material list, and plant legend, is $500! That covers up to 3,000 square feet,
not including the house, there is a $10 charge for every additional 100 square
feet over 3,000. Small changes are free of charge. Once your design has
been completed and finalized, if you have any future changes, there is a $50
charge. Your design will stay active for a year, just incase you have future
changes, or would like to add additional property. There is a $100 consultation
charge. If you purchase a design, your consultation fee is deducted from your
design price. With a site/ plot plan, that shows the lot boundary and placement
of house on lot, there might not be a need for a consultation. We accept
PayPal, Zelle, or check. We cannot start on any design until payment is
received and cleared. - Refund and Exchange Policy
- The
3D Landscaping Design is used to give the basic layout for homeowners and
contractors. It is not made for city approval for drainage, electrical,
plumbing, irrigation, and or permit approval. Customers are eligible for a 90%
refund of the design purchase price prior to the design start date. Customers
are not eligible for a refund post start date of the design prior and post to
