"The incorrect student was put into our Shoob account instead of our sons spring photos. I called and spoke to the manager and she stated she was going to remove the photos of the incorrect child from our account right away and that they would be reaching out to us to have my son go into the studio to take spring photos since his photos were missing or deleted and we would be given a $50 credit towards purchasing photos." ...
