We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. You can call us at 310-990-6512, email us at [email protected], or use our contact form. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label. Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
