      Facebook/Meta "community standards" are against constitutional rights. Telling someone literal truth is "offensive" and "hateful" and "bullying." I've been given multiple 30 days bans for doing that "violation" multiple times. Suddenly they just permanently banned my account. So I tried to create another one. They immediately banned that one as well because they invade your privacy by red flagging your IP address, device or even your name! These people swear they care about integrity but they got busted illegally accessing private information and pictures from their devices. I'm honestly surprised the government hasn't shut them down because they're basically an elite hacker who goes after people's personal information AND many, many people use Facebook, especially marketplace, to prey on people, using bugged links and such to gain access to your device and all of the information in it. Ask me how I know! I've had to get not one but two new bank cards because somehow my information got stolen via marketplace. It really ***** to lose access to it because of the people I met on there and only talk to on there. Facebook has pathetic community standards and go to extreme measures to silence people from speaking and sharing the truth.

      Terrible ... my Facebook **** said at first "Facebook by ****" and did continue for several weeks. about March 5, my Facebook **** and my personal website were gone. In that I mean I was unable to get onto either ****. I thought I must have been "hacked" whatever that means. So I said so. Since then neither **** has been available to me. So ... what is this thing? It's an unfair corporate decision to take my personal communication with my friends and family. Both META and Facebook are breaking a privacy law.

      I've had a Facebook page for more than 20 years. I've heard of people's pages getting hacked. I experience it for the first time early this year. Facebook was tell me to wait 3 business days and I should be able to get back to it. Never heard from anyone. So, tried to open a new Facebook page. All went well. They close that one down. Did 2 different attempts. They would not left me have one. I mainly used my Facebook to see what close friends, family and connecting with my churches Facebook were doing some posting. Would like to talk to a human to find out why I can't get a Facebook. Very disappointed with them. Wish I could call President ***** to get to the bottom of this.

      Extremely Poor Support from **** After Account Hacked and SuspendedI am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) due to a serious security and customer service issue. My business social media accounts were recently hacked, and shortly after, they were suspended by *****Despite numerous attempts to report the breach, verify my identity, and appeal the suspension through the official channels, I have received no meaningful support or response. The lack of access to live support or a dedicated point of contact makes it incredibly difficult to resolve urgent account issues especially when the situation involves a verified business relying on these platforms for marketing, communication, and customer engagement.The absence of timely assistance not only disrupted my business operations but also posed a reputational risk as the hacker had access to my audience before the accounts were disabled.I urge **** to implement stronger customer service practices, including better security recovery options, faster response times, and more transparent communication for hacked account victims. Businesses deserve better when their livelihood depends on these platforms.

      I tried to take down a post a creator tagged me in. I have my account set to private and a family photo. My 1 yr old daughter is in that photo and the creator made ill mannered content around my profile picture while sharing my photo with my 1 yr old daughter to her thousands of followers. I tried to make a complaint to have it taken down and **** said they found no violations. Absolutely sickening!!!!!

      I recently was disabled from. my Facebook account. I was hacked also. they only gave reason for breaking standards, no details about what was said or anything. i was going to appeal but it said appeal denied and I didn't even send it. I have picture on my Facebook page I cant replace. my mothers pictures and some friends all passed away. they give you no way of contacted them to check on my reason for disabling my account or at least let me explain exactly what it was. there's no reason to shut my account down for nothing or maybe thay interpretation of what was said wasnt what was meant. ive tried everything but it not right we can't talk to someone to check it to this further. meta should man up and talk to me and these people. I big business like this and they dont care about people. somehow something has to be done to make them communicate with us. seems like its not legal to operate this way. im very very upset and ill think.of what I should do to get results. **

      Unreasonable reasons to close down a person's marketplace citing fraudulent or scams which i have do neither. They don't even have anytime live to speak work you. I will look fishery to see who else I can reportthem to for their poor business ethics and idiotic reasons to deactivate a person's account

      I tried logging into my Facebook account on 5/11 and was informed that my account was suspended/disabled. I can no longer access my account and login. I was supposed to be able to appeal their action and had not, but their system auto-submitted an action for me to which they responded in minutes, permantently banning me from Facebook. I have been a Facebook for over 12 years, and have never done anything to violate their rules. This leads to the fact that I was hacked. The account that does come up has no picture of me and the name is misspelled. I am awaiting a download, but have no idea why I have been permanently banned. Is it coincidence that this happened with their "official" **** takeover of Facebook? Yes. They're code and algorithums are messed up and they were hacked. I am being told I violated the community standards in someway; however, no email was ever sent to me regarding shutting down my account (I checked my email history) or that I had violated a rule prior to this incident or the appeal process. I have been communicated to through an appeal denial that and I di not authorize the appeal. There is no way to further debate/discuss this in any detail with an actual human versus a computer algoithum and am sure they are 1000% in the wrong for banning my account. This is a hack job, which is a breech of data. Customers have no recourse and META's eamil responses are canned and produced from an algoithum. There is no one in government to report this to, which makes this more frustrating. *** doesn't want it becuase it it is not "official" identity theft yet. What about my personal details and pictures? Very unhappy and frustrated with META!

      Complaint Summary:I am filing a complaint against Facebook (********************) for disabling my personal account without any prior warning or explanation. I was not informed of any violations, nor was I given the opportunity to appeal through the standard Facebook platform, as I am completely locked out and unable to access even the help or appeal sections.I followed Facebook's own instructions, downloaded my user data, and reviewed all recent activitynone of which indicated any suspicious or policy-violating behavior. I also attempted to reach out via their published emails . One email bounced back with a message that the mailbox was full, and Ive received no replies from the ********* a user in good standing who relied on this account for personal and professional purposes, I respectfully request that Meta/Facebook provide a reason for the accounts deactivation and offer a legitimate pathway to appeal and restore access.I am submitting this complaint to the BBB because I have exhausted all internal options and received no response or guidance from Meta. This lack of communication is both unprofessional and distressing for consumers who depend on their platforms.Desired Resolution:I am requesting that Facebook (********************) provide:A clear explanation for the disabling of my account.A valid method for me to appeal the decision.Restoration of my account, if no valid violation is found.I would also appreciate improved access to support in the future for users who are unexpectedly locked o

      My account was hacked, and they provide ZERO help to recover your account. I use ******************** for my business, and they're costing me money every day that goes by. I filed a complaint with the attorney general of Arizona and plan to take legal action if this isn't resolved soon
