      I contacted Servpro after we had a water leak in a home we own. They completed the remediation and submitted a bill to my insurance company. My insurance company reviewed the bill and determined that they had over-charged by approximately $6,000. They paid Servpro the difference and Servpro cashed the check. Servpro then billed me for the $6,000. My insurance company gave them detailed information on why their bill was reduced. Rather than working with my insurance company to resolve this issue they continue to go after me for the balance. Servpro needs to work with my insurance company to resolve this issue.
