  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it. I bought an edible printer. After hundreds of perfectly fine prints the rollers started tearing the chocolate off. And Because I use a different chocolate transfer sheet than theirs (which are horrible. They flake and the quality of the print is very poor) they wouldnt refund my money. And I had to pay to have it shipped back to me. It took them two weeks of phone calls and emails to have me send it in to be looked at. All of which could have been handled in one call because the service/technical department doesnt talk to you directly. Theres a person who goes between you and them. Complete waist of my time. I hope you seriously reconsider buying from them.

  Buyers beware! Do NOT order from this company. They did not send the correct size paper that I ordered. I provided multiple pictures to show this and they will not send the correct paper or refund me. They gave me the run around for almost 2 months and taking the word of their associate that they selected the correct size when I have photo proof that they didnt. Shady business practice.

  Good luck if you order outside the ***. Shipping is more than the printer with hidden fees. Smaller companies dont even do this to customers. I literally wasted my hard earned money. Order from a company that values you and doesn't make excuses. Ridiculous

  I cant tell you how much it means to me that IcingInks went above and beyond for my order, and ensured I received my edible ink printer as quickly as possible; an entire week ahead of the promised date. Im so grateful and in complete awe of the service Ive received, which all began with me mistakenly requesting information about product warranty support for a broken edible printer I had purchased elsewhere (a mistake I did not repeat). ***** treated me like an existing, valued customer since my first message.Customer service is top-notch, and Im so happy I ordered from IcingInks this time around! Because of their kindness, compassion, and amazing service, I will now be able to complete a special-request, custom cake for a widow at her husbands funeral. She reached out to me (she and her husband had one of my cakes at a party earlier this year), and said her husband raved about my cake for months, so she wanted that same exact cake for his funeral. Without an edible printer, it would have been impossible to fulfill her request and make that cake. The funeral is the first week of January, and my old edible printer broke 5 days ago. I was devastated because I didnt think Id be able to fulfill this widows wish as every other edible printer stores shipping date would have been after the funeral (much too late) because of the holidays. IcingInks really came through for me in a huge way, delivering my new printer BEFORE CHRISTMAS! Amazing!Its nice to see a business exists that really does care about people, and still believes in excellent customer service, especially during the busiest time of year. Ill be forever appreciative and they just gained a lifelong customer.

I had not used it in a few years and it was not printing correctly when I recently tried to use it. **** told Me exactly what I had to do to correct the problem, and it worked.   Do not purchase a printer from this company!Their edible printers are defective and they refuse to give you your money back so please do not waste your time or your money!!

  Dear *****,We regret the inconvenience caused and apologize for the same.After seeing this review we have gone through all conversations including phone conversations and phone calls. We appreciate your efforts in reaching out to us and making efforts to fix the problem. Our agent ***** and ***** tried their best to resolve your query and responded to your countless numbers of calls and emails. Please understand that the issues you are facing are very common when using edible printers. Edible printers use edible inks made from edible ingredients which cannot produce the same exact color that we can get from inkjet ink printers. Some colors in edible printing require color settings, some of which require a computer which was not a possibility in your case as you were printing with your phone. Our experts have tried their best from their experience in selling and using these machines at our workplace. The way we tried fixing your issue, is the same way we try here when we get into these problems. At the point where you did not comprehend troubleshooting anymore, we even sent you a printhead which was almost 1/3rd of the cost of the printer bundle and we sent it free of cost. Even with all the above, edible printing is not 100% color-accurate. Something which we have also mentioned in our return policy in a very descriptive manner.There is one more piece of advice I can add here, which has been most helpful to our customers. In edible printing, seeking perfection can be tricky. What you are not liking personally might be very well received by your customer. We really think your printer is printing fine as per the last print results you sent, something which you can easily sell as you are doing this for business.We are still ready to provide all kinds of support if you reach us and have full attention to continuing business with you.

  I was starting from ground zero and in a time crunch. **** patiently talked me through the process of choosing the correct product (sugar sheet), emailing a photo and applying it to the cake. Then he arranged expedited shipping that made my deadline. **** followed up with emails and phone calls, and I had good news to report each time. Doing business with Icinginks was like the good-old-days of American business. You saved our event ****. Thank you!
