    I received a tint job on my Honda Accord on my back 3 window s. My back window corner piece started to come up and of course when my window s are down air is eventually going to rip the tint...it seems to be they are trying to figure out any excuse not to honor lifetime warranty...I will never go there or recommend them.The tint shop in Madera CA is no good

    Hello ***** we honor all our warranty and it is why we have been in business as long as we have been. However after careful review of your 8 plus years tint job which still looks great no bubbles or discoloration. The rear window had been ripped about 2 1/2 inches and there were also chips throughout the film as well as what looked like a soda can was thrown at or bursted in the car (tint doesn't just do that even when your windows are down) We sent over all pictures and information to the manufacturer and they did not honor the warranty because they felt the tint was damaged by the customer not something covered by warranty. We agree with their decision. We were very upfront with you about all of the above when you came in.
