    I have been waiting on my website to be built since the beginning of January in which the had taking $500 out of my account to create my website. They then took an additional $300 dollars for pay pay direct payment, ****** told me to provide sigma with an API so that my payments can be payed through my account. That was supposed to be done and that is it. Nothing happen I attempted to call back again and he ask me what is my user name and password for ****** If I trust him. I ask why do you need my username and password you have my API and ****** said that is all you need. I wanted to check to see if this company was legitimate. I myself have multiple practices under my belt including working for the State Police. Since I saw for myself that this company has been taking customers money and not being professional or consistent with there practice they will have to refund all there customers for any in completed work. Or be shut down by the BBB **** for fraudulent acts.This has been going on since March, They say they are in ******* but I located them and the address is in **. There not from the ** I don't want to give any ratings because this company does not deserve it nor do they deserve to be on ****** MAP.

    Beware of Web Design Sigma Beware of Web Design Sigma Dishonest Business Practices I strongly advise anyone considering Web Design Sigma to proceed with extreme caution. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating, leading me to believe that many of the positive reviews posted here are fabricated.From the outset, their promises of high-quality service were not delivered. The website they created for me was far below the standard I expected, filled with generic and low-quality content that did not reflect my business. When I questioned the authenticity of their reviews and inquired about using real testimonials from my clients, they dismissed my concerns and offered to post their own "reviews" insteadfurther confirming my suspicion that many of their 5-star ratings are fake.In addition, they added services like trademarking and SEO that I did not request or authorize, and when I tried to address these issues, they refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that the website was incomplete and not as promised.This company has also been associated with other shady practices, including changing their name and creating new profiles to avoid accountability. If you value transparency, quality, and integrity in a business relationship, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
