Licensing information
- As of December 8, 2022, we have been unable to determine that this company is licensed by the Contractors State License Board despite the fact that they are performing services that would require such licensing. It is illegal for an unlicensed person to perform contracting work on any project valued at $500 or more in combined labor and material costs. On November 7 & December 1, 2022 we sent requests to the address on file and asked the business to provide us with their contact and licensing information. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from the company after multiple contacts.
To protect yourself from unscrupulous or unlicensed contractors, you should always:
Hire only licensed contractors and ask to see the license.
Check out the company on www.bbb.org.
Don't rush into decisions and don't hire the first contractor who comes along.
Don't pay more than 10 percent down or $1,000--whichever is less.
Don't pay cash, and don't let the payments get ahead of the work.
Get three bids, check references, and get a written contract.
If you have a dispute with this business, you may wish to contact the Contractor's State License Board at www.cslb.ca.gov in addition to filing a complaint with the BBB.
