    Reserved a spot under self parking but was told they were out of self parking spots. Instead they would upgrade me to free valet service. Left thinking my work truck was in good hands. I did randomly notice an abnormally large amount of cars parked next to the secured parking lot. On the surface streets. I cannot confirm (or believe) my truck was even on the lot.Returned to find out my work truck was broken into and $1k of personal items stolen. I understand personal items were not to be left but had no choice due to my job. While filling their report and police report I noticed no ****-wire on the fences to protect the vehicles. Nothing but a chain link fence to protect the vehicles. The thieves cut two heavy duty cables to get my gear (meaning they had time). I even cleaned out the glass of my own truck while there because I did not want to drive away with that much glass on the floor boards.I was also told they would help to replace a couple items lost (not in writing of course) but then was told no via email.On a side note the pick service took 30+ minutes to retrieve me. I noticed multiple trips from other parking companies while waiting for my ride.

    This Company is a Complete Joke. The first guy I spoke to didn't have any answers to my question. My flight was cancelled due to extreme weather conditions and my car is parked at their location so I called to inquire what should I do, if I can pay for the 3 extra days until my new flight gets in the guy was rude h, hung up on me and when I called back to speak to a supervisor, he said he was the supervisor I asked for his name and he wouldn't give it to me. He said he was very busy and didn't have time for this. Whatever "This Means" I was simply calling to find out what I should do because of the cancelation of my flight and my car being parked here. I didn't want to get charged an astronomical fee which he said he didn't know what that meant. I said I didn't want my car to be towed because I didn't neglect the car I'm stuck at my family's home from traveling for Christmas. I am a college student and I just wanted to inform them of what happened and ask what I should do if I should pay online. I will Never recommend anyone to park at this lot.

    I called the business myself and when I asked to speak to a supervisor the person that answered claimed they were one. I asked for their name simply to address them correctly and they got defensive stating "well what's your name, why do you want to know my name". I provided my name and explained that I had just called and had been hung up on and the person stated "listen we are very busy and I don't have time for this, there's nothing I can do about that. I'm going to hang up now". There has been no contact from the management team and there were no apologies. The staff members at this business were incredibly rude. I was on the phone with my mother next to me for both phone calls. Claiming the interaction is "false" because it doesn't sound like something your staff would say only perpetuates that customers can be treated any kind of way which is entirely unacceptable.

    Fox Auto Parks Inc is in receipt of the above-referenced customer's complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. After looking into this complaint, the referenced customer above Aniyah, was not person that had interaction with the claimed employee; rather it was customer's mother who made the initial complaint. The customer's mother made a formal complaint through email in regard to the customer service she claimed she received from one our employees when calling to inquire about service instructions and price adjustments for her daughter Aniyah (who was the customer that actually used our service).

    The claimant's mother was informed that the situation would be looked into further once the manager returned as the manager was out for the holidays. In the meantime, all of the customer's mother/customer concerns were acknowledged and addressed through email with a thorough explanation and answers to her specific questions.

    We explained to the customer that what she described in terms of the customer service she received on her initial phone call, was unacceptable and not a representation of our company and customer service; and explained that the feedback would go to through the proper channel.

    As the complaint was in regard to a phone conversation between the customer's mother and a staff member the management has looked into this situation, but was not able to confirm exactly what the customer states the employee said, as this does not sound like an accurate description or response by any of our staff
