    "I would advice not to use this law firm. 1st off they lack communication with client, 2nd they will make you feel as if it's wrong to ask questions about the process, 3rd don't expect to speak with your attorney handling your case, 4th you will be given a case manager who does not give one half sh&#/ about your situation, 5th don't expect them to handle your case and fight for you 100%, 6th dont expect them to go out of their ways to handle your case efficiently with the highest quality, 7th your gonna have to seek your treatments on your own because they will send you to certain doctors and MRI or imaging labs that will make you end up getting your case denied by the insurance and dont expect them to go to trial for you, and basically long story short i had the worst experience with this law firm and i was injured at a local hardware store from a trip and fall and went through treatment and unable to work due to my injuries and 2 1/2 to almost 3 months later I'm about to be homeless now because I'm unable to pay my rent since I'm self employed and don't know how this process works having a personal injury case and now also have a court ordered eviction notice since I'm unable to pay my rent and as much as I've been trying to ask to speak with my attorney ********************* for advice or what's the process or any updates on my case basically seems like I have no rights to speak to my lawyer and they made it seem like I was wrong for asking for help or advice on what I can do because now im in financial Hardship about to be homeless and injured unable to work and worst days of my life since my accident and then i get a call back from my case manager ***************************** left me a voicemail that i could barely understand and the parts i did understand her saying that they are withdrawing from helping me with my case because ****** insurance Liberty Mutual denies liability and basically good luck to me and ive requested my file from them and never heard back or reply or anything." ...
