  What a nightmare this union has been. I attended an **** orientation in May 2023. Majority of the orientation was a ***resentative from this union selling and pressuring everyone in the room to sign the union paper. They made it seem as if it was mandatory to join in order to work for ****. It felt shady. I began working and I started getting calls from them asking me to join. They were very pushy I had countless calls from them, and I continuously declined. Last month (July 2024) they sent me a welcome letter, welcoming me to the union. I immediately called them, i was on hold 3 hours, finally I left a callback number. They called an hour later & I told them I never accepted to be in the union. After an hour and half of a *** telling me why I need to be in the union she said sorry you can't get out of it. I told her but I never accepted to be in it. She pretty much said too bad our records show you accept. I said "can you send me the proof" and she said you can email to request it (I did and still nothing). How is this legal? I sent a certified letter canceling but I hear they won't cancel it. I'm going to keep researching to see what can be done. This doesn't seem right.

  Seiu2015 should be ashamed of themselves. I would leave less than one star but it doesn't allow you to.A was accidentally enrolled by pressing wrong button on a group call. I pressed the number for more information but it signed me up. I thought I would get follow-up paperwork but never did except for acceptance into the union which I didn't want to do and within one day I wrote a letter requesting them not to a week letter I sent another one registered signature required that was by them July 30th,2024 I still haven't received the card with the signature yet. I did see a copy from the post office and it looked like a kindergartener signed it. I can't get through them on the phone-hours of wait time never getting through. Even my local representative won't call me back. They signed me up without my permission and they won't take me off. I'm going to contact the person who said they're starting a class action suit. I'm also filing paperwork with a better business bureau and any other action I can take. I think they count on the fact that I can't get through to the people who would help me cuz it's the same thing. Can't get through to anybody. They signed me up real quick but they can't take me off as courteously already I gotten three union dues fees taken.I took action very quickly but They are evil and need a reckoning. I usually only earn about $100 every 2 weeks so they take more than 10% of my wages.

  Horrible call wait time. I have tried them several times at different hours and waited each time for over an hour. Presently, I waited on the phone during their business hours for over 5 hours and never did receive an answer to my call, as they closed at 7PM. I waited from 2PM. Also, they are calling me and texting me regarding their different events which I don't appreciate.I have nothing good to see about this organization. When I went to their website there is not option to cancel membership, so the only way to cancel any affiliation with them is wait on the phone, which has yet to ever be answered.

  These people are thieves. I never wanted to be part of any union and when I saw they were taking ***** a month I contacted them just to get the run around. They said it was to late to cancel and that it's a year contract or something. I relented and thought well I guess maybe if anything happens with my job they will back me up. After I was let go from my job months down the line, I try contacting them 3 times waiting on the call for 4 hours and 45 minutes, just for them to hang up , every other call is the same. It's impossible to talk to anyone . They are scammers stealing my hard earned money. Why is IHSS even linked to these people . And why did they have my information to contact me and scam me with click bait.

  SEIU 2015 IS A FRAUD!!!!! I have been trying to get out of the Union. I did everything they asked within the timeframe they asked me to and they are still taking money out of my check and they lied about how much was being taken out. It is way more than what I was told and I can't afford that. They won't answer their phones and when they do they put me on hold for hours then hang up on me and I have to start over again for more hours of waiting and they will do this until closing hours. I need a lawyer and I have all the proof I have done everything. I want out and I want my money back. Any suggestions please let me know.

  There crooks there charging me union dues on my back pay which I wasn't with the union for that money. Impossible to cancel and I have sent letter to cancel and there still charging me for 3 months pleases investigate them it's too much now.

  SEIU 2015 is a scam. They deduct money from your paycheck and when you go to cancel, they tell you that they found another card on file and they will continue to take your money until 4 more months down the line. I will blast them on every social media outlet available to me. Class Action law suit sounds good to me!

  This organization is a band of thieves. Theyve constantly taken funds from my check even after I've summited (5)five forms requesting them to stop. After speaking to a RUDE rep named ******, she stated NONE were received which is a baldfaced lie and it needs to be sent certified mail. She also stated it will take another (4)four months for them to cancel. These are shady business practices and produce NO FRUIT OF SAID LABOR.
