    I pay into a minecraft server with other members of my group, so no, my name won't appear on a customer list, though my patronage has nevertheless been abused more than once. Data loss, slow customer service, and poor backup management seem to be the norm. My group's minecraft server was improperly moved resulting in significant loss of data once, and subsequently the automatic backups failed without any notification from the company, resulting in data loss a second time when the world had to be migrated again.

    Survival Servers are a total rip off. Was looking into getting a server for Ark, and it just won't start at all. Support hasn't contacted me at all after sending a ticket. After seeing all the bad reviews about how they overcharge and refuse to refund, I'm not even set on trying to get my money back. I mean even looking at their responses to BBB complaints here, it seems like they're run by a bunch of twelve year olds.

    I just hope people can avoid buying anything from these people ever. It's a scam, don't give them a dime.

    We don't have any customers matching the name "Jake Johnston" - very clearly a fake reviewer. Also we don't deny refunds so this just is a very suspicious review and should be taken down.
