  A very unprofessional liars came to my property without any license to tow a vehicle. Also, the drivers were calling bad names when I asked to show the license entering the private property they took off one more time theyre gonna step on my property. They will know whats coming their way Call the office. The owner lady was rude. Also calling names, horrible company I definitely will be involving my attorney for all the laws they have broken by entering my property

  Let me tell you about this place, people there, specifically a manlady named *******? Real piece of work! We'll just call them *sir"... So I go 2 pck up my vehicle frm repo. payment paid off. Although I didn't make an appointment,office was empty like it usually looks like it is. ******* lies & tells me that there is no driver there to pull my car out which is behind one vehicle with plenty of room around it.( Mind you, I walk past the tow truck driver sitting with his truck idle, no vehicle on bed before going into the office.) He,(********) tells me "my driver's in **************** not going 2 be back for an 1 1/2 hrs ... This is when I proceed to go walk to the lot and see my vehicle, sitting behind one other vehicle with plenty of room like I stated before. I go back & tell he-man ******* my car can be pulled out w/o truck, it's just sitting behind 1 car. HE then tells me okay you'll have 2 wait I'm on the phone w/ a call......he's sitting there on the phone w/ this phone call & it's taking its sweet time. After that phone call ends, he takes another phone call. I'm waiting. My driver is also waiting SMH. After that, he proceeds ANOTHER phone call! Now at this point he's just being a egotistical ************ know at this point.. he didn't *********** me wait. All that needed 2 be done at this point was 2 sign some paperwork, have him go talk 2 the driver outside & have him pull my vehicle out w/o the use of a truck. So because I catch it in his lie & so does my driver, he gets upset & gets big headed all in his feelings... Then tells me I need 2 leave the premises, make an appointment by phone 2 pick up my vehicle. So I listen 2 this itty bitty God man, proceed 2 leave and make my phone call which then they proceed 2 have me on hold for 17 minutes, not on one phone, but three. Worst customer service f****** ever!!! You're not God, U just work in a f****** tow shop dude!! If U ever been into the **** or an entitled emergency room that there is ur boy *******!!
