    Rip off! How can anyone make a decision in a seven day trial period? By the time we received the credit card bill we were into the bogus pills for about $400. Hope we get a credit. This is fraud!

    This business is a scam. Even after cancelling orders you will still receive charges and the products are bogus. They utilize 3rd party customer service who will not give you a manager or contact person directly with glutada labs. This company should be banned from selling products.

    If I could give a zero, I would. It’s a scam because the products are purely placebo and have no FDA approval. Once you receive the product they don’t offer a refund or returns of any kind even though it’s stated on their website. Awful customer service.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! I just spoke to Crystal at an Alabama Call Ctr who gave me the same runaround the other scammed people received. I got duped the same way. My daughter has Type II diabetes, is on metformin. I have learned that drug can do irreparable damage to the body so wanted to try Glucoecrin. On Sun 1/29/23 ordered trial bottle for shipping $7.48 & declined the other products but got Keto Cleanse (both made by Glutada Labs, South Gate, CA. & another chge of $6.49. Received in same bag on 2/4/23. I called Sun 2/5-got auto greeting loop because I saw that there were 2 chges pending for total of $177.94! I got thru this AM, spoke to Crystal who said their "8 day policy" starts THE DAY THE ORDER IS PLACED! She cannot give me a refund, didnt know the company name or location. I recorded the call, will try submitting a formal BBB complaint but dont have much hope because I put it on my debit card...never again! Im 75 living on a fixed income so this is going to set me back big time! So many dishonest people in business and government preying on Americans!

    These wise guys got me, too. I could have sworn that their advertisement stated that this was a "one-time" purchase, and that there was no "trial period" to cancel, no automatic payments and no subscription to their product. Within days, another charge hit my credit card for $210.80. Their customer support claims I had seven days to cancel my "trial period". I HAD NOT EVEN RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT IN SEVEN DAYS! I notice now if you try to ****** Glucoecrin Blood Sugar you will not find that specific product. They apparently change their product labels faster than people can keep up with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.

    Horrible scam of a company ordered vitamins for one month charged $6.00 and $7.00 on my card which was agreed for trial period of thirty days.A 2 weeks later a charge of $93.11 for vitamins I have not even charged. The vitamins Do Not Work. I finally received a call 3hours later that I was returning the 2 items, wanted a refund and to close & remove me off their customer list.

    Horrible! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! They get you to buy product with trial offer and then charge you FOR FULL PRICE without your permission for over $100 for product you may not want. they add on another product that you didn't want and change for that. Then they re-ship when you didn't sign up for reship. This should be illegal. My mistake was using my debit card. You have to dispute and file a complaint etc. DO NOT USED YOUR DEBIT CARD. The only way to get out of this is to change your banking number. THIS IS A SCAM AND A WAY OF STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE. WHAT REPUTABLE COMPANY DOES NOT LET YOU RETURN PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED OR JUST DON'T WANT THE PRODUCT. THEY DON'T ACCDEPT RETURNS AND DON'T GIVE MONEY BACK!!!!! BEWARE!!! DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. PRODUCT IS FAKE AND DOES NOT WORK. GO BJY SOME CINNAMON CAPSULES AND TAKE THEM....THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU DIABETES.

    Horrible scam of a company ordered vitamins for one month charged $6.00 and $7.00 on my card which was agreed for trial period of thirty days. Several days later see charges 10/25/22 of $117.73 and 10/26/22 $118.84. For vitamins I have not even charged. They indicate it was within the Term and Conditions. I asked to get fees adjusted. They refuse who charges your card before trial period of thirty days. I have never given authorization. This a crime to debt my $236.57.
