  I had a different tree service come out and trim our large ********************* tree a few years back. They told me that they could trim it in a way that we would never have issues with it growing into the overhead wires again. They were right, they killed the tree. I finally got them to come out and cut down the tree. They finally agreed to come out and take out the *****, though it took some time. A couple of years later, I decided to replace the spot with another smaller tree. As I was digging the new hole, I found the old ***** just a foot deep, under the dirt they threw over the *****. Instead of dealing with the same company, I hired another service to come out and remove the *****. They gave me a price, and I agreed to pay them that amount. After having them come out two separate days for a couple of hours, they informed me that they could not finish the job, but they still wanted to be paid. I called ******* Tree service, they responded immediately. ******* came out in less than an hour, immediately started working on the *****, even though it was at the end of his day. He worked hard, and did an excellent job, and the ***** was out. He went way over the top to service us, and could not have been more generous with the cost! I am involved with community service, and I give out many referrals. ******* Tree service will now be the company that I will be referring people to! Thank you *******, you went way beyond anything we could have expected, you got us out of a hard situation!
