    ?? Warning ??My experience experience with SimpleTrees.Store was upsetting to say the least. What they advertise is not what they deliver. Speaking of delivery. They advertise 1 to 3 day shipping. After 2 weeks & no tree, following several ************ I finally got ******* on the phone who showered me with excuses and promised to ship my order out. Three weeks later, I finally received the Dracaena. When I opened the box, there was soil every where & the tree that I spent $$$ on was covered with black & brown spots and one of the roots was laying amongst the soil in the box. I immediately sent an email to ******* along with photos, and he assured me he would send me a replacement. Again, several weeks later, the replacement tree finally came. Not only was it 2 feet smaller than the original one I paid for, this too, was covered with black and brown spots. I followed up with another email and attached photos of the replacement tree only to be accused of resubmitting the original photos from the first dying tree. I sent them photos of both dying trees side-by-side & refused to refund my credit card And stopped responding. My advice to consumers, support your local nurseries. Which are much cheaper and will stand behind their products unlike this company
