      Terrible service and waste of money. My refrigerator went out and it took them 12 days to approve the repair. I lost hundreds of dollars of food from my freezer and fridge. A local applicance repairman could have been there in 1 days! **** took almost two weeks to get a repairman to me.

      Wow! After I was treated like a ball of spit by the competition I was more than pleasantly surprised at how sweet, helpful, and thoughtful ****** was. He actually able to fix the dryer and at least get me to a place where I could use the machine until the part we ordered came in. After the day Ive had, it was so wonderful to end on a great note and give me faith in humanity again. Thank you!!!
