      Dryer was not fixed. Paid over $350 but there was still an issue. Scheduled another appt after talking to the support people. Not only did they charge me $14.90 for talking to them, they sent an email saying if they found any new issue, I would be charged again for the service plus parts. I feel I should not have to pay for another service. I'll never use them again. I could have almost bought another dryer for this price.

      Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Checking on the history of outreached, Team tried to reach out to your via call to discuss this with you however the call was not connected so an email was sent to you.

      As stated on the email sent after you were approved for a ***************** Call, "A technician will be sent to your location to diagnose your device and see if the issue is correlated to our original repair. If it is, the repairs will be covered by the guarantee."

      **** offers a 90 Day Guarantee on the part and or installation that was completed on the initial repair. Any other adjustments or failures to the same appliance that are not part and/or have no correlation to the original repair completed and if an additional part needs to be replaced are subject to an additional service fee and will be charged accordingly.

      ***** was professional. He diagnosed the problem in a reasonable time! He made an appointment to come back and replace the parts. We were very happy with him and his professionalism

      Why can't they give zero stars as an option? $89 service fee is your start. Tech came to check a small leak in my washing machine. He unscrewed a panel and looked around. He didn't see any leak so just put the panel on tighter. He's not even sure he fixed the problem. For 30 mins, final bill was $317. This service is a total rip off. I'll never use it again.

      It's a grab bag of technicians, using an Uber-like system, and their ratings are getting lower. Just go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
