*** was incredibly nice and helpful took the time to explain everything. Although was unable to fix the appliance, he told me exactly how to replace the part needed.

Hey,***** is the service guy who did service today and since a year now. He is a nice guy. We became members of **** because ***** insisted and said it's a trustworthy service company. It's been almost a year now. But in spite of being a member I was charged with full amount today for the service...if they don't refund me as per the contract, I don't think I will continue my membership with them.Puls Technologies, Inc.
