Put in service request to have a garbage disposal replaced at a rental in the AM. Service tech was on site in the morning the same day, replacement installation was promptly approved and by the afternoon the job was completed. ***** was a great technician. Showed up right on time, knew exactly what he was looking for and help us make the decision to replace the fridge. He educated us about the different brands and what to look out for. He had great suggestions about retailers and verifying that the size and specifications would work. He was not in a hurry to get to his next call, also appreciated. I expect to use ***** again when needed.Puls Technologies, Inc.
