Though the technician (Anton) was on time and wonderful, the pricing for repair is extremely expensive. The public cost of the repair items was less than $30, the time it takes to repair is 1-2hrs. The estimate was a little over $400. For that price I could buy a new dryer. If it was $250 I would have been able to justify paying, but for the cost of a new dryer I cannot.

It's good to hear that the technician was on schedule and was able to provide a quality service. Puls' standard pricing estimates are based on the average rates in and around your state. Our technicians do not base the repair cost on the time they spent working on the appliance, the pricing is determined by which part is needed to be replaced. Nevertheless, we’re sorry to hear that the repair you need is an expensive one.
