      Service was fast and efficient. He had to order a part and said he would come back in 2 weeks. The part came early and he fixed my washer right away.

      HUGE SCAM!! DO NOT OPEN MEMBERSHIP!! I have been paying for that useless membership for a year now. About a month ago, my oven igniter stopped working and decided to give PULs a call so that they can send someone to look at it. They charged me $89 to send a technician to diagnose the problem. After three days, they called and said that they couldn't get a technician to fix the issue that I was authorized to get someone on my own to fix it. I did and to my surprise, not only do they require a payment receipt, a which I did send to them, they also make you jump through hoops to get you tired of the process and stop collecting the money you paid to fix the problem. They close the case because insufficient paperwork. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I ended up requesting a refund for the $89 that they charged, canceling the membership, loosing the money I paid for said membership and having to pay for the repair anyways. And now they even decline to refund my money!

Regarding your membership coverage, we emailed you on December 29, 2024, asking for photos and a diagnostic report from the service company you hired who overhauled your unit for potential reimbursement. Since we haven't received a response and your membership had expired already, we will proceed with a refund of the $89.00 service call fee. To process this promptly, please confirm your credit card number ending in the last four digits.
