  This week I found myself in a situation that required the cleanout of my family member's home in *********. When I arrived, it was an overwhelming feeling of hopelessness. I knew I needed a special kind of help but I had no idea where to turn. I had made a few calls and even scheduled some appointments but after speaking with ***** at Sterile Pros, I canceled all other appointment and knew I had found the right team. First and foremost, ***** showed a lot of compassion. He let me know that although I feel alone, I'm not alone. Second, he broke down the process for me, expressed great confidence in each member of his team, and displayed great knowledge and experience in these situations. I had limited time so they made it out quickly, the same day, and started right away. He asked all the right questions in advance, so when they arrived, they were fully prepared to get started and had a sufficient amount of team members to meet the timeline. They had retired EMT, retired Fireman, veteran advocate, someone studying forensics... everyone on the team was service oriented and were committed to helping me through this difficult situation. They were organized in their process, detailed, careful to point out any concerns and to ensure they were making the decisions that were best for me, throughout the process. Honestly, they were a God send. They helped to minimize the anxiety I was feeling and gave me the reassurance I needed to get me through a tough situation. That alone was priceless and all I needed. On top of that, their rate came in lower than the competitors which is a blessing when you get hit with an unfortunate situation like this that has financial impact. This team seriously went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough. Thank you Sterile Pros team!!
