I asked for a refund after spending about 10 minutes here and witnessing some major health hazards. I was denied a refund and the woman pointed to a no refunds no exceptions sign. I asked why the conditions of we play loud are so poor and she said Our rent is too high so we dont have enough money for upkeep. I was still denied a refund after. These are a few of the things I witnessed:1. Everything is dirty and falling apart. if it's true that they don't have enough money for upkeep they could at least use a little goo gone to remove peoples entry stickers that are stuck literally everywhere.2. The netting is falling apart everywhere. I was terrified to let my daughter climb to the top of the play structure in fear that she would fall through because there is zero upkeep 3. Metal is exposed everywhere.4. There is a pool that is covered with A vinyl type of material in the toddler section. The water is so murky that you can barely see inside of it. If this were to break the children would be exposed to some major health hazards such as mold or algae. 5. There is an extremely odd smell when you walk in. It's a mix of cat urine and old musty closet. 6. About half of the play machines are broken.7. They used to have a policy where the person at the front would check the stickers of the adult and the child to make sure they match as they are leaving. I saw that they were not doing this and just sitting there on their phones. A child Abduction could take place since this policy is no longer followed apparently.
