    Its no wonder they have three stars. In fact, ** surprised that they actually have a whole three stars. This company is garbage to work for as a notary. I cant imagine if theyre that bad on this end how they must be if youre actually trying to do business with them. I WOULD NEVER!!! I emailed them with a question and waited weeks and weeks to get a response back with continuous follow *** every few days asking for a response. I have the proof. When I finally did get one, **** was very rude very unhelpful and in a completely different department that would have actually handled the request that I was asking about. **** ended up telling me that because I did not have the time to talk to her ON THE ***** when she called me because I informed her I was literally going into a closing and to call me back in 30 mins that she was going to put my name in their system as do not contact until I forcibly had to have a conversation with her over the phone. Ummm no thanks. And ok you dont have business coming in anyways. Seems like a narcissistic and controlling company to me. *** since asked to be removed from the company all together as I REFUSE to work with such individuals with such demanding and controlling issues (when they finally do respond to you that is) Steer clear from this company they are TRASH. There are so many better ones out there that I have the privilege of dealing with this one is not one of them.
