    First of all, the product is a good product and the online customer training on the product is also very good and helpful, however, when it comes to customer service...this is where this company fails. While they offer a phone number to call, they NEVER pick up directly and when you leave a message, you WILL NOT receive a response. The phone message is generic and says" All of our agents are busy with other customers"...this recording is on all day and night and I have called multiple times in the day and evenings and it's the same thing. I have left multiple messages and it is the same thing in response to messages left. Apparently, they are under new management as they used to have people you could actually talk to over the phone. Technology isn't all it's cracked up to be and great customer service goes a long way. I will NO LONGER recommend this company to fellow business partners which is a shame.
