DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will promise you so much but will not follow through with anything. I was working with ******, he was very nice but from day one there was red flags that I should have looked into. Once I signed he introduced me to my assigned account manager her name was ***. According to ******, I would be able to get a hold of her and ask her any questions whenever I needed. However, I have never been able to get a hold of her, except for the day that we were introduced. Issue number 2 was the fact that the FIRST payment came out of my account twice leaving me with no money for my bills and food (******* response I dont know how that would happen let me look into it, but that never happens . Issue number 3 and the MOST CONCERNING I received a letter addressed specifically to me when I open the documents they were legal documentation for someone else, with someone elses personal legal information, which make me wonder where MY personal information ended up. Once again when I reached out to ****** he gave me the SAME lame excuse as the other time I dont know what happened, thats so not like her or like the company ALL THESE issues happened within the first month of signing. I cancelled immediately and will be looking for other ways to get out of debt.
