    I had purchased e-digital key for a **************** i had purchased on Oct 14th with ad clearly stating product if unopened would be fully refunded in full in case of compatibility issues. I returned email with unused key back to MyChoice software on Oct 17th. After repeated emails inquiring about my refund i had called Oct. 20th and told that i would receiving my refund. "6 days later" Oct 26th i received notice of my refund less a 15% restocking charge. Site is unclear and unclear about this fee. I would NOT recommend purchasing any e-products.

    Information about MS ****** 2013 Pro and windows 11 compatibly was not available on the web site. Info was not available until after the software purchase. First notice came via email with license and download info. I was charged a 15% fee for this (their) informational oversight. Phone contact with the service rep only resulted in an attempt to upsell to a more expensive version. Bait and switch? Caution is advised.

    It has been past the timeframe provided for my windows 10 software. I am a locally run business and have to stay closed until they decided they can email me my order. I ordered at 4:45pm on a weekday CENTRAL TIME. So the offices were still open on the west coast to allow a fast delivery. Please keep this in mind when ordering from mychoicesoftware. VERY **************** but inexpensive. I have messaged emailed and called and have not received a response. If further issues progress i will request a refund and be filing a formal complaint.
